1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (beauty, personal care, fragrances, cosmetics), all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened items

  • Used products

  • Personal care items

  • Fragrances and oils

  • Items damaged after delivery

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging

We will review the case and offer:

  • Replacement (if available)

  • Store credit

  • Or refund (only if necessary)

 

3. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.

 

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Beauty Wholesale Store is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Stolen parcels

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items

  • Clearance products

  • Wholesale orders

  • Digital products (if any)
